Childcare vouchers will continue to be deducted from salary in the normal way. If you wish to reduce or cease vouchers, please contact Kiddivouchers or make amendments via your on-line account. However please be aware that if you stop your vouchers in full and have a break of more than 52 weeks, it will not be possible to re-start them. This is because the childcare voucher scheme has now closed and we are not able to admit new or previous scheme members. If your childcare provider has been closed as a result of COVID-19 and you will have no future need for childcare after the summer, then in these exceptional circumstances you can request a refund of any unused vouchers that have been bought in this tax year. Please contact the Staff Benefits team in the first instance (firstname.lastname@example.org), with a summary of the reasons for your refund request.

Staff Assistance Fund
